Returns

Gigi Woo’s policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date for most items, exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit.

Return Processing Fee

A flat rate cost of return shipping, usd $7.00, will be deducted from your refund.

If your refund is less than usd $7.00, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.

Methods for Returns

To return by mail, simply go to www.gigiwoo.com/returns and follow the instructions listed to receive your pre-paid return label. To ensure your return is properly processed and refund granted, be sure to place both this pack slip and unworn items within the return package. Customers will be refunded the price of the merchandise less a usd $7.00 handling fee to the original form of payment.

No refunds will be made for final sale or custom items purchased or returned.

If paypal, apple pay or any other online payment service was used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail.

Credit

  • Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
  • Credit for the merchandise returned less a usd $7.00 return processing fee will be credited back to the original form of payment.
  • Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Price Exchanges / Defective Merchandise

We do not offer direct exchanges for prices or item exchanges. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must place a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed, and refund granted to original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.

Wrong Item, Color or Size

If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact customer service at support@gigiwoo.com. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return processing fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return processing charges. Please be sure to note your order number. Please provide a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received. Please note; gigi woo is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
